In week two of our hooping “Flow Class” we taught the following moves to be performed one right after the next. The final move puts you right back where you started to easily repeat the series of tricks in your hoop practice.

Is there a video for week two for flow class? I seen week one, or is there a cost to watch them?
We do not have video tutorials of our flow class. Week 1 just included a bonus video off youtube that supported what we had learned that week. We will be posting an overview after our sixth week that shows the routines in action, but it will just be a refresher for the people who have taken our class, not a full blown tutorial of all the moves. Sorry about that.
