Flow Class Routine – Week 3

Our third hula hooping “Flow Class” focused on some isolation moves with the hoop. Again they can all be performed one after the next to form a complete routine that can be repeated and practiced over and over.

Isolation (One- and two-handed)
Vertical Isolations
Whip
Outside Isolations
Flip
