We’ve always been fans of Grand Old Days in St. Paul, MN. It’s an annual celebration that includes an awesome area and community. Needless to say, we were really excited when we were asked by Growler Magazine to perform our hoop dance at their Grand Old Beer Bash and Bazaar, featuring music by The Current. In addition to usContinue reading “Grand Old Days Hooping Performance”
Hooping Performance for a Corporate Event We recently had the opportunity to spread more hoop love at Performance Foodservice’s annual customer appreciation event hosted at the River’s Edge Convention Center. The event had a special Woodstock theme and we were more than happy to dress the part. We started the night off with Amy, Nikki and myself performing ourContinue reading “Spring Hula Hoop Events”
Last Saturday we got the chance to perform at the Loring Park Art Festival in Minneapolis for the first time. Hire us to perform for a special event, and you’ll get a special hoop dance. This is a snippet from our performance on stage at Lake George for St. Cloud’s “Pride in the Park” 2014.
All of our favorite hoopers joined us for a couple of hours spent hooping in the park for our Second Sunday Hoop Jam in July. The sun was shining and the hoops were flying. What a blast. Can’t wait for the next one on August 10th.

And not only do they hang out to watch, they frequently record video or take pictures while they stand around and gawk. The other major benefit is how mobile we are. Hoops goContinue reading “The Best Guerrilla Marketing Idea Ever”
We have hula hooped at Art Crawls in downtown St. Cloud before, but this was our first time dancing indoors. We had the pleasure of hooping at Return Yoga for the entire evening, which happens to be one of our favorite places. There was a live musician playing acoustic music for us to dance to and weContinue reading “Spring 2014 Art Crawl Photos”
