Ann Humphrey’s will be teaching “Hoopdance as a Guide to Embodiment” and “The Organization of Opposition” on Saturday and Sunday, February 7th and 8th at the Twin Cities Trapeze Center. We’ve attended hoop workshops like this in the past and always have a really great time. You’ll be pushed you to grow and focus on new elements of your hoop dance. Plus, you get the chance to connect with other local hoopers. (Best friends you never knew you had.) If you are questioning whether or not to attend, I would suggest you do. A few of us Vixens will be there.
