Mississippi Music Festival 2011

Saturday afternoon we brought our hula hoops to the annual Mississippi Music Festival. It was held indoors at the field house of St. Cloud State University due to the cold April weather. We got their just in time for Cloud Cult, the third and final band of the day. We went all out with our hoop dancing at the back of the crowd, showing off our newest moves and all the progress we’ve made over the winter. We drew quite a bit of interest and were included in both a video and photo gallery on local websites that showed the two of us hooping at the festival.

Of course we had to make our own as well, so here is a sneak peak of us hoop dancing during the very last song of the day.
