The past week has been a crazy busy and awesome time for us. Collectively, we performed at 4 different events across the state and had a ton of fun along the way!! Below you’ll find pictures that highlight each event.
Colleen and I performed at the Harvest Gala last Thursday. The Harvest Gala is a benefit to fund the activities and mission of the Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market. The environment was lively and there was a really great Bluegrass band called Cedar and Stone that we performed alongside.
Nikki and I performed at Saint Cloud’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event again this year. Making Strides is always a blast and we’re so happy to be a part of it. The people were extremely enthusiastic, especially for so early on Saturday morning. The stories we heard from survivors and women currently going through this tough battle were beyond inspiring.
Later on Saturday morning, Nikki and I took a two hour drive to Marine on Saint Croix, MN to perform at St. Croix Chocolate Company’s Caramelpalooza. The drive was gorgeous and we saw the true beauty of fall along the way. Upon arriving at the event, we stopped by the petting zoo and made some friends and then went on to performing as well as teaching some hula hoop moves to the attendees. It was a gorgeous autumn day and we had our fair share of chocolates on our way home.
Later on Saturday evening, all four Twistin Vixens represented at the Massacrade Halloween Ball in Becker, MN. Thanks to Mark for being such a gracious host, as always. We dressed as the four seasons and won best group costume!! The party-goers were in the Halloween spirit and there were some really impressive costumes. There were many awesome bands throughout the night and we performed to a few songs on stage including Thriller, Dragula and Ghost Busters.
Oh my goodness it looks like you ladies are having so much fun!!!!
