If you have been hoping for a one-time hoop dancing lesson to kick start your skills, look no further. We will be hosting a one-night adult hooping class at Wilson Park in St. Cloud Tuesday, August 13th at 6:00 PM. The cost is $15 and we will begin with the very basics. If you’re thinking, “I used to be able to hula hoop as a kid, but I can’t anymore.” Think again! We will help you get going again with the right sized and weighted hoop. From there we will show you some more moves that we hope will inspire you to continue your exploration with the hoop. Not only is hula hooping a high calorie burning full body workout, but it is incredibly fun and stress relieving. Come and get your sexy back.
