Every Tuesday night from 7:00 to 8:00 pm this October we are teaching hoop dance classes. They are being offered through Sartell’s Community Education. Our first week went great! We were sweating halfway through the class and felt it in our legs and midsections the next day. Our students all did a great job and everybody in the class purchased a hoop from us. We can’t wait for next week!

  1. I loved the class and my new beautiful hoop! I’ve let all my friends and family give it a whirl, even those who thought they could never hoop instantly get it with that awesome hoop.
    I’ve been practicing my moves and can’t wait for Tuesday to learn more.
