On September 21st we were invited by Live Art International to take part in a “summer camp” themed celebration for World Marrow Donor Day in downtown Minneapolis at the NMDP Headquarters for NMDP Unite: a community celebration to find cures and save lives. We performed twice during the event, each included freestyle hooping solos and group-choreographed hoop dances. During our downtime, we shared our hula hoops with guests at the event.

In addition to us hoopers, they featured a juggler, a magician, a stilt-walking Wishing Tree, stormtroopers, a caricature artist, a spin-and-splatter art station, an appearance by Minnesota Timberwolves Center Naz Reid, and a variety of other games to keep the fun going.

We are happy we were able to participate and support this great cause!
